Specialties
As a Seller Representative Specialist. Home Sellers ask, why should we have an SRS represent them in the sale of their house. Here’s why!
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
As an Accredited Buyers Representative. Homebuyers received the following from me.
For most homebuyers, purchasing a home is the largest and most complex financial endeavor they may ever undertake. But by choosing a REALTOR with an ABR designation, they’ll have more confidence in their buying experience as they’ll be working with an agent who goes the extra mile. Because an ABR doesn’t just signal an agent’s robust real estate knowledge, but their best-in-class service as well.
My Specialization in the Sale of condominiums is beneficial for either Sellers or Buyers.
Expertise
Selling or Buying Real Estate requires attention to details and years of Real Estate experience. This is where my over 12 years of Real Estate experience benefits you when Selling or Buying your next Home. In addition, my focus has been working in Oakland and Macomb counties. Rather than being “the jack of all trades and master of none”.
Credentials
After completing Michigan Real Estate classes and passing the state real estate licensing test. I joined the National Association of Realtor. My skills as a Seller Representative have been improved by completing the training, passing the required test, and earning the Designation “SRS”.
